great amenities but needs better room comfort
The dining options were impressive, with a variety of restaurants to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. The staff catered wonderfully to my husband’s allergy, ensuring he felt safe and well cared for during meals. The hotel grounds were a highlight, beautifully maintained with inviting gardens that enhanced our stay. I particularly enjoyed the hydration station that provided refreshing drinks throughout the day.
The mattress in the deluxe room was not as comfortable as I expected, which affected my sleep quality.

this hotel is just okay. the pool area was relaxing, except for the swim instructor ruining the ambiance with her loud shouting, so not actually serene. I specifically expected a deluxe room upgrade due to the noise, but I guess no one cares about guest comfort. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. so disappointing.

Had a fantastic time here with my friends! We enjoyed playing tennis on the outdoor courts and taking a relaxing stroll along the beautiful Cranaghan Walkway. The staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. The pool area was great for winding down too. Definitely worth a visit!
The only downside was that the mattress in the deluxe room was not as comfortable as I hoped, which affected my sleep a bit.

The junior suite offers stunning views and is a cozy retreat for a weekend getaway, complemented by well-maintained grounds that are quite enjoyable to explore. Dining experiences shine, particularly with exceptional meals across both restaurants, making it easy to savor quality food during your stay.
The layout of the hotel can be a maze, particularly if your room is located far from reception, which could lead to lengthy walks. The pool area, despite having potential, suffers from a lack of supervision, allowing unruly children to disrupt the swimming experience, alongside a swim instructor whose loud training sessions dominate the ambiance. Room decor needs an upgrade—some areas feel dated, and the mattress in the deluxe room left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort. Finally, be prepared for the spa's limited hours – if you miss the 6 PM closing time, you’re out of luck until the next morning.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room and it was really impressive. The space was luxurious, spotless, and had a huge bathroom with a separate shower. Plus, even in a busy hotel, the room felt super quiet. Those views overlooking the golf course were a nice touch too.
